Legal
Terms of Service
These terms apply when you play games made by Glitchy Rocket or use this website. By playing or using the website, you agree to them.
Your licence to play
Glitchy Rocket makes video games. When you get one of our games, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to play it on devices you own or control, for your own entertainment. You may not:
- Copy, sell, rent or distribute the games.
- Reverse engineer, decompile or modify the games, except where the law allows it.
- Cheat, use bots or exploits, or interfere with other players or our services.
Store terms
You get our games through stores such as the App Store, Google Play, Steam and the Epic Games Store. Each store's terms also apply to your copy, including its refund rules. If you got a game from Apple's App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies too, and Apple isn't responsible for the game or its support.
Purchases and virtual items
In-app purchases are sold through the store you use, at the price it shows. Virtual items and currency give you a licence to use them in the game. They have no value outside the game, can't be exchanged for real money, and may change as we update the game. Refunds follow the store's rules.
Ads
Some games show ads, including optional rewarded ads. Ads come from third-party networks, and we aren't responsible for the products they advertise.
Children
Some of our games are made for children. A parent or guardian should agree to these terms for a child and supervise any purchases, for example with the store's parental controls.
Updates and availability
We may update, change or stop a game or a feature, for example to fix bugs or keep it secure. We'll try to give notice before we stop a game that includes purchases.
Our content
The games and their characters, art, music and code belong to Glitchy Rocket or our licensors. You may share screenshots and videos of our games, including on streams, as long as you don't suggest we endorse you.
Disclaimer and liability
The games are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we don't promise they will always work without errors, and we aren't liable for indirect losses or for more than you paid us in the 12 months before a claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be waived.
Ending these terms
You can stop playing and delete the games at any time. We can end your licence if you seriously break these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the country where Glitchy Rocket is based. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. If you keep playing after a change, the new terms apply.
