Data Deletion Request
You can ask Glitchy Rocket to delete the personal data we hold about you from any of our games. You don’t need to reinstall a game to do it.
How to request deletion
- Fill in the form on this page, with an email address we can reach you at.
- Tell us which game you play and where. If the game shows a player ID in its settings, add it so we can find your data.
- We may email you to confirm the request came from you.
- We delete your data within 30 days and email you when it’s done.
Request deletion
What we delete
- Analytics data and crash reports linked to your device or player ID.
- Your messages and emails to us.
- Any other personal data we hold about you that we don't have to keep by law.
What we keep, and for how long
- Purchase records that tax and accounting laws require, for as long as those laws require. The store you bought from keeps its own records.
- A short record of your request (reference, email address and dates) for up to 2 years, to show that we handled it.
Data held by stores and ad networks
Apple, Google, Valve (Steam) and Epic keep their own data about your purchases and store account. Ad networks keep data linked to your device's advertising ID. To delete that data, use the privacy settings of your device or store account. You can also reset your advertising ID in your device settings.
Requests for a child
If you are the parent or guardian of a child who plays our games, you can make this request for them.
